What is the 3 Axis Processing?
3 axis processing is a method of processing carried out by the X, Y and Z axis of the linear feed shaft
Characteristics
- Most of the products can be manufactured by a simple setting
- It is capable of molding the sharp edges, perforating, forming a stepped pulley and etc.
- Produces products of relatively low standard quality compared to the multiple-axis machines
- There is a limitation in the tool accessibility and it requires rearrangement by hands of the works when applying the three dimensional moulding.
