What is the Laser Processing?
It is a method of processing melting parts of the works by adjusting the high density laser and evaporating them.
Characteristics
- It applies well to the drilling or amputating of metal, nonmetallic or composite materials.
- Since it processes the cutting with high speed heating, there comes no deformation and contamination of the tools and materials.
- Since it is a noncontacting processing, there are no reactive forces in the materials during the processing, and it enables the high quality processing of those thin plates without deformation.
- Through contacting the beams, it can minimize the processed areas leading to little twisting and thermal deformation.
